Privacy on the SodaBurn portal

The short version
This portal is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no login, no comment system and no advertising pixels. Reading about SodaBurn here leaves no profile behind.
What reaches us
Standard web server logs, which record an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser string. They exist to keep the site up and to spot abuse, they are kept for a short period and they are not combined with anything else.
When you write to us
Your email arrives in a mailbox at Grand River Botanicals, LLC and stays there. We keep the message as long as needed to resolve it and for the period our records obligations require, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question about SodaBurn.
When you buy
Checkout is operated by the authorized payment and fulfilment partner. Your card details go to them, not to this portal, and are never visible here. They hold the name, delivery address, email and order contents needed to ship your SodaBurn package and to process a refund if you ask for one.
Cookies
This portal sets no tracking cookies. One entry is written to session storage in your own browser if you dismiss the offer bar, so that it stays dismissed while the tab is open. It contains a single flag, it never leaves your device, and it disappears when you close the tab.
Third parties
Fonts are requested from a font host, which sees the request as any web host would. Links to government health databases and to the manufacturer open on their own sites under their own policies. We do not sell, rent or share data with data brokers, because there is nothing here to sell.
Children
SodaBurn is for adults. This portal is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your choices
Write to help@esodaburn.com to ask what is held about you, to request a copy, or to have it deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Residents of states with specific privacy statutes hold those rights regardless of where the company sits, and we apply them to everyone rather than checking your address first.
Changes
If this notice changes the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than hidden in a clause.
