How SodaBurn is made and what gets tested
Verification tells you what the current lot measured. This page explains the process that produced those numbers, which is the part that stays the same from run to run.
The facility
SodaBurn is produced in the United States in an FDA registered facility operating under current good manufacturing practice. Registration is not an endorsement of the product and this portal will not present it as one. What it means in practice is that the plant is known to the regulator, is subject to inspection, and runs written procedures for cleaning, batching, filling and record keeping.
Raw material identity
Every incoming botanical is identity tested before it is released into a SodaBurn batch. A sack labelled green tea leaf extract is worth nothing without an assay that agrees, and adulteration with cheaper plant material is the oldest problem in the botanical trade. Material that fails identity is quarantined and returned.
Purity and potency
Active purity for the current lot is reported at 98.9% by UHPLC. That figure describes the assayed actives against the batch specification. It does not, and cannot, tell you the milligram content of each botanical in a dropperful, because the SodaBurn label sets no per-ingredient amount to test against. This portal keeps saying that because it matters.
Contaminant screening
Each lot is screened for heavy metals by ICP-MS, with the current run reporting < 0.3 ppm. Microbial screening covers total plate count, yeast and mould, and the usual pathogen panel, reported for this lot as pass within compendial limits. Screening is the reason a botanical liquid can be sold with confidence, and it is the first thing an unauthorized filler skips.
Who signs it
Testing is contracted to Thornapple Bioanalytics, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory with no stake in the outcome. Certificate TB-26-0882-A carries the current lot reference, SB-26-R4-0882. A laboratory that also owned the brand would be marking its own homework.
Allergens and diet
SodaBurn is formulated without gluten, dairy and soy, and it is not made with animal derived ingredients. It contains caffeine from green tea and guarana, in an amount the label does not print. If a specific allergen matters to your household, write to support before ordering and you will get a straight answer rather than a marketing line.
What happens when a lot fails
It does not ship. A batch that misses identity, purity or screening is held and destroyed, and the cost sits with the manufacturer rather than the buyer. If a problem is found after release, the lot record on this portal is how affected orders are traced, which is the same reason the record is published in the first place.
